Cottage @ Sylvan Lake

This beautiful house in Sylvan Lake, Alberta is located in Marina Bay. The backyard backs onto the Marina. (See picture below)

The house comes fully equipped with a fridge, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garburator, satellite TV and DVD player. It has one full and one 1/2 bathroom. Flooring is all slate tile and hardwood. The house is completely furnished. There is also a firepit in the backyard, a gas BBQ on the back deck and a gas fireplace in the livingroom.

All walls in the main living area are a beautiful European style texture finish.

The house has three bedrooms and sleeps six people very comfortably. One queen bed and two double beds.
